Dr. Floyd Poe was the pastor of City Temple Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas between 1928 and 1947.  Upon his retirement he began writing a newspaper column entitled This, That & The Other which was published up until Dr Poe’s death in 1967 when his daughter Helen Louise Poe finished the last writing for him.  The family kept a scrapbook of the columns which I will share a few of here.
